Placing an order with BUSS SPIRITS means you agree with our trade policy and comply with our terms. Once we have established our first agreements, we are the easiest partners to work with. We believe that a good solid start with correct agreements is the best foundation for a great long-term partnership.
BUSS SPIRITS International trade policy
The following standard terms apply unless other agreements have been made:
- All price models you get from us are excluded from all taxes and excise duties.
- All orders are ex-warehouse: the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the goods to be transported to where they are needed. We commit to have them ready for pick up at one of our designated warehouses.
- All orders outside of Belgium must be pre-paid for a full 100% before shipping or pick up.
- Outside of Belgium, but within the EU: the invoice will be made without taxes since it is an intra-community trade.
- International payments take up to 3 days to process. Please provide a proof of payment.
- Goods will be shipped by transport or ready for pick up once the payment has been completely processed.
- All clients will communicate all required company and transporter details for easy customs clearing.
BUSS SPIRITS National (Belgium) trade policy
The following standard terms apply unless other agreements have been made:
- All price models you get from us are excluded from all taxes and excise duties.
- Our price offer includes transportation on Belgian territory for all orders over € 100.
- First time orders need to be pre-paid before shipping or pick up. Goods will be shipped by transport or ready for pick up once the payment has been completely processed.
- Follow up orders have a payment term of 30 days. Exceptions on this term can only be part of written agreements that include stipulations on order forecasting and minimum order volumes.
