Event service


6€ (excl. VAT) = that is our target consumer pricing for the ‘Gin & Tonic’ or ‘Rum & Coke’ mixes at your event. Keeping the end-price this low, with this high standard of service will contribute greatly to the success of your event.

 

How can we do this?

Buss Spirits offers you an extensive & high-end ‘Brand Ambassador Service’ for events. We have a few standard packages that work for most events, giving you great service for a fixed budget.

In any case you will need to:
  • give us the full details of your event (venue location, timing of our presence, estimated number of visitors, type of event, previous editions (?), amount of space you can free for us (m2), …)
  • pre-order the required amount of Buss Spirits products based on the number of visitors. We can advise you in this, of course.

 

Then…

… you can select one of our standard event packages (or contact us with special requests)

What are the options?

1) Standard package ‘Full Mobile Bar +250 G&T mixes’: 2500€ (excl. VAT)

This means that you can rent the services of one of our Buss Spirits Brand Ambassador and extra staff + our fully equipped mobile bar unit for your event.

The service you will get from us:

  • 250 Gin & Tonic mixes included in the price. 
  • A professional Buss Spirits bartender working at your event
  • Our bartender will use our infrastructure (Mobile bar unit (the BUSS van), Glasses, Dish washer, Ice / ice machines, Botanicals, Bitters, Napkins, Shakers, Jiggers, etc…) – we bring everything
  • Basic time slot of 4 hours (set-up and pack-in included) unless otherwise agreed.
  • Our bartender will handle* Buss Spirits products that you pre-ordered
  • Extra hours need to be reserved in advance!

2) Standard package ‘Full Mobile Bar +400 G&T mixes’: 3500€ (excl. VAT)
